| Return policy details | Returning an item is very easy with UKSALES25® due to its flexible policy. Before returning an item all we ask is you notify us within 30 days of purchase via email with the reason for the return/exchange. This will enable us to make a note to assist and make the return/exchange quicker. For an exchange please include a note inside the parcel with your eBay user id, and exchange details such as colour, size, and item number you wish to exchange the original item with. For an exchange please note a re-delivery fee of £3.00 must be included with the parcel originally returned back. Please note the exchange parcel will be delivered to your PayPal address unless otherwise stated on the exchange note. For a refund please include a note inside the parcel with your eBay user id, and the reason for the refund.
