You must first notify us by writing or email within 24 hours of reciept that you wish to return an item.

The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs, returns must be sent back using royal mail services (return postage costs non refundable).

Items must be returned in exact condition received,should have original tags attached.All garments carry a stock identity tag, this must still be attached to the garment.(Items may be tried on once momentarily),items must be returned unworn with tags attached in original packaging to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be given if the above is not adhered to. Retailers are entitled to make a deduction up to 50% from the refund for any diminution in value of the returned goods due to handling which “goes beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop”.
Please note we need Physical possession of all returned goods before a refund will be issued. Tracking numbers alone are not sufficient evidence that an item has been sent back.
