| Return policy details | Goods are to be returned at the expense of the customer in the same condition as they were received and well packaged. We offer 30 days warranty with all our parts, This doesn't cover any labour or other costs involved. We must be contacted first by email to ensure an intended return is noted and expected on the system. Refunds will only be made upon the return and checking of the goods to our premises. Any item being returned will be at the expense of the buyer. Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded. There is a 20% Handling & Re-stocking fee on the return of any undamaged item. Items being returned for refund must be returned in original packaging. Engine and Gearboxes WILL NOT be refunded if item does not fit. We will provide whatever details we can to help check compatibility. All problems must be reported to us with 24 Hour of accepting the goods.
