Return policy details | In the unlikely event that you are not happy with any of the item(s) ordered you can request a return via eBay’s Return Process within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange.
All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.
Shipping & handling fees are not refundable. We may charge a 20% Handling Fee.
If the item is sold with free shipping we may deduct 20% of the total selling price to cover some of the costs to send goods first time.
Please include a full copy of your original order invoice or invoice details (which must include your customer ID, your name, your account number, order reference number, order date and order details) and a note explaining your reason for return with the goods.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in shipping products back to AFS.
Please send your goods using a suitable recorded delivery method as proof of your return. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are undelivered. Please retain your proof of postage in case you need to make a claim with your carrier.
To request a return via EBAY:
1. Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
2. Click Won.
3. Next to your listing, select Return this item from the pull-down menu.
4. Select "I want to return an item" and click Continue.
5. The "Return an item" form appears.
6. Review the next page and click Request return.
7. Then you have to wait for seller to accept your return request.
8. After the seller has accepted your request, you can prepare postage right away and click Continue.
9. Post the item to the seller. |
