Before returning any products please contact us through the ebay for full instructions. Returns without contacting us will not be accepted.
If buyer feels that the item they have purchased is not suitable, they are welcome to return that but the responsibility for the return postage and packing will be on buyers we will not pay the return P&P.
All returned goods must be unused and should have original packing with all tags and free from wear and tear. Our return department have right to refuse the refund if the goods found used.
For the returned item we have already incurred postage cost to send them out THAT AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM MAIN AMOUNT.
For items that have been offered on free post & packing a deduction of 20% of sales price will be made before refund.
If you received the faulty item (this does not cover any item damaged while post) please let us know within 10 working days of purchase. Do not send the goods without contact us through ebay messaging we will provide you free post label to return and will send the replacement out on receiving the faulty one back.

For all those parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail or any other delivery provider as not called for because of wrong address, Or no one was home Or buyer unable to contact Royal Mail or our delivery service. In such case we will only refund price of Product not the postage cost as we have already paid that for delivery. To arrange the second delivery buyer have to pay the shipping even on listing where we offer free P&P that is just for first delivery. To arrange second delivery buyer have to Pay P&P. |
