We operate a strict 30 days returns policy subject to the following:
1. If you need to return your purchase, Its easy just send item back with you reason for return and your eBay user ID and contact details.
2. Where you find your purchase is too small or too big, exchanges for another size are possible subject to availability. However, the cost of returning your purchase and the cost of sending out a replacement will be your responsibility. If you are in any doubt about any of the measurements of an item, just drop us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
3. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed with us prior at the time of obtaining a returns reference. Please send by second Class Recorded Delivery as a minimum and ensure that Proof of Posting is obtained from the Post Office when returning. Any items lost in the post will need this proof when you file a claim with the Post Office.
4. Your purchase should show no signs of wear and tear and returned in the original box. Please check that your purchase fits before wearing them out as we are unable to accept returns that show signs of being worn.
5. Administration charge of £3.60 is applicable on all returns due to transportation, postal and listing fees. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
