If you feel that your item is not as described or you find that your item is not working properly please contact me telling me why as soon as possible, but at least within 7 days of receipt. I will do everything that I can to help and will agree the appropriate solution with you, eg replacing or refunding your item. I may require you to return the goods to me.
If your items are not faulty, damaged or misdescribed but you have simply decided that you don’t require them, I operate a full returns policy. You need to contact me to advise me that you wish to return item(s). You should return item(s) to me within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of the item(s) I will give you a full refund of the purchase price, provided the goods are returned in the condition in which they were sent to you minus the postage that I have paid to send the item. |
