| Return policy details | Whilst I am confident that you will be pleased with your purchase the EU Distance Selling Directive means you are entitled to return ordered goods within 7 days of receipt should you change your mind. The returned goods must be unopened and unused if new, or unaltered if used, and in the same condition as when dispatched.
It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel or return within this cancellation period by a message to me including details of any items you will be returning using the eBay messaging service.
You are also under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and I would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service insured to the value of the item or attain a proof of postage if the value is under £46 when using the standard 1st class Royal Mail to cover yourself in the unlikely situation of it going astray also please include a brief explanatory note with your contact information.
If you are returning items to me and they are lost by the postal service you use, I do not accept any responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned to me in the condition in which they were received. Any charges incurred by me as a result of the return may result in them being charged back to the sender.
