FAULTY GOODS
Any item sent which was found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Postage costs to return any faulty item will only be refunded if the item is proved to be faulty or was 'not as described' on the eBay listing the purchase applies to. Once received, and the fault or damage has been confirmed, a replacement will be sent (at our expense). If a replacement cannot be found, then a refund of the original purchase amount will be given.
NON-FAULTY GOODS
Items ordered in error can be returned for exchange. These items must be returned back to us in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, within 30 days of receipt. The postage cost to return these items is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
RETURNS FOR REFUND
Any unwanted items must be returned back to us UNUSED and intact with original packaging unopened, and in a saleable condition, within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item (which is NOT refundable). Once received, a refund of the original purchase price will be given. This will be by the same method as that of the original payment. |
